Vestelli Oy and Oy Smartel Electronics Ab have combined their strength. The shares of both companies have been acquired by Vestelli Group Oy in an acquisition made on May 11, 2022. The companies offer wastewater solutions and will together create a strong wastewater expert seeking growth in Finland and abroad.
Vestelli Oy and Oy Smartel Electronics Ab will together form a group offering wastewater solutions with a turnover of approximately € 4 million. Pikespo Invest Oy will become the Group’s minority shareholder to support the Group’s growth and internationalization. The goal is to form an international player that offers its customers the best solutions for clean water.
